Role Description
- The Account Executive role is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for working from home.
- The Account Executive will manage relationships with client organizations, understand their hiring needs, and support them in promoting job announcements on the platform.
Day to Day Tasks
- Coordinate with clients to gather role details, prepare and review job postings, track campaign performance, and ensure accurate and compliant content.
- Regular communication via email, phone, and online meetings; maintain records in CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with internal team members to improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts, assist in basic sales and follow up activities, and provide feedback on market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional follow up.
- Experience in sales or account management, with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple client accounts and job postings.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication software.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and coordinate effectively with a distributed team.
- Good written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of the UAE job market or recruitment processes is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
