Role overview
MM Agency is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive.
The role develops customer relationships, manages sales opportunities, and contributes to revenue growth.
The position supports the customer journey from initial engagement through successful completion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects, conduct client meetings, and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage sales pipelines.
- Maintain regular customer communication and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales performance, and prepare sales reports.
- Research market and competitor activities and resolve customer issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales, account management, business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, develop opportunities, and manage the sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, relationship-building, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
