Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all MEP activities related to modular accommodation and camp construction projects
- Review project specifications, drawings, scope of work, and ADNOC requirements
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality requirements
- Supervise HVAC systems installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning
- Oversee firefighting and fire protection systems installation
- Ensure proper installation of water supply, drainage, sewage treatment, and pumping systems
- Supervise electrical power distribution systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, cable routing, lighting, and earthing systems
- Coordinate installation of emergency lighting, UPS systems, and backup power arrangements
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC electrical standards and UAE regulations
- Oversee potable water systems, drainage systems, sewage networks, and plumbing fixtures installation
- Lead MEP testing and commissioning activities for modular accommodation facilities
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in accommodation modular construction projects
- Proven experience working on ADNOC accommodation/camp modular projects
- Strong background in MEP construction, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Diploma with substantial experience considered
- Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and ADNOC standards

Qualifications And Skills

- Proven experience working on ADNOC accommodation/camp modular projects.
- Strong background in MEP construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification; alternatively, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with substantial relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations, HSE requirements, and ADNOC standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates holding an equivalent Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- ADNOC approved project experience.
- HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- PMP or project management certification is an added advantage.
