About the Role
Absolute Technical Systems LLP is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Controller for the ADNOC Drilling project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves implementing performance management systems, monitoring KPIs, and preparing corporate reports.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Strategic Management and Performance Management System (PMS) across ADNOC Drilling
- Monitor and track SMART Objectives, KPIs, and corporate scorecards to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Collect, validate, and consolidate performance data from divisions, rigs, and business units
- Prepare and maintain corporate performance reports including Corporate Monthly Reports, Divisional Performance Reports, Rig Performance Reports, KPI Progress Reports, Executive Performance Dashboards
- Participate in Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), Pre Retreat meetings, and other management review sessions
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes and monitor action item closure
- Review KPI submissions, verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with approved KPI Index Cards
- Coordinate with divisional focal points to resolve performance reporting issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality of corporate performance data and documentation
- Manage report archiving (electronic and hard copy) and publish approved reports on ADNOC Drilling's internal platforms
- Deliver training and guidance to office and field personnel on Performance Management Systems, KPI reporting, and service improvement practices
- Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 12 years of experience in Performance Management, Corporate Planning, Quality Assurance, or Business Excellence
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Drilling, or Energy industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Strategic Management, Performance Management Systems, KPI Development & Monitoring, Corporate Scorecards, Business Reporting
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive corporate performance data

Job Description
- Senior Quality Assurance Controller (Performance Management) for ADNOC Drilling project.
- Location: ADNOC Drilling Head Office, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Long Term Employment with total monthly salary of 30,500 AED.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Strategic Management and Performance Management System (PMS) across ADNOC Drilling.
- Monitor and track SMART Objectives, KPIs, and corporate scorecards to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate performance data from divisions, rigs, and business units.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 12 years of experience in Performance Management, Corporate Planning, Quality Assurance, or Business Excellence.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Drilling, or Energy industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Strategic Management, Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI Development & Monitoring, Corporate Scorecards, Business Reporting.

- Experience in preparing executive level management reports and dashboards is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: 16,500 AED/month
- Accommodation, Food & Transportation Allowance: 7,500 AED/month
- Other Allowance: 6,000 AED/month
- Airfare Allowance: 500 AED/month
- Total Monthly Salary: 30,500 AED
- Paid annual leave: 30 calendar days after every 365 days of service

- End of Service Benefits as per UAE Labour Law

- Working Schedule: 40/48 hours per week (5 day work week)
- Notice Period: 2 months
