About the Role
Sonz and Marz is seeking an Academic Advisor to understand student aspirations, recommend academic programs, manage the sales cycle, and meet sales targets. Requires minimum 1 year of sales experience (education industry preferred), strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Tamil.

- Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate academic programs and universities that align with their interests, qualifications, and career goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software
- Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities
- Provide end to end support to students during the application process, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales sector (Education industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong command in English language and Tamil is also preferred
