- Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate academic programs and universities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software
- Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities
- Provide end to end support to students during the application process, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Sales sector (Education industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English
