We are seeking a driven and commercially minded 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

This role involves both business development and candidate delivery, requiring someone who can build strong client relationships while sourcing and placing top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Develop and manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for hiring needs.**
  • Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market mapping.
  • Take detailed job briefs and provide consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of both active candidates and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business, fees, and salaries with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure a high level of service delivery and candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Keep accurate records using CRM/ATS systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment (agency), in a 360 capacity
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within tech, finance, healthcare
  • Track record of billing/revenue generation
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms
