Role Overview
Eight-month Winter 2027 student placement for a Data Analyst Developer Intern.
The role builds production full-stack web applications and enterprise data solutions.
The work term runs from January 2027 through August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack web applications using Dash and Python.
- Develop Python backend services for data transformations, pipelines, and business logic.
- Create responsive interfaces for business stakeholders to interact with data.
- Write clean, tested, documented code and use software engineering best practices.
- Implement version control, code reviews, and deployment pipelines.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production web applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to refine requirements.
- Iterate on features and deliver solutions for operational challenges.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a third-year or higher Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related program at a Canadian university.
- At least eight months of completed co-op or internship experience in software, web development, or data engineering.
- Strong Python proficiency with production application experience.
