Role Overview

Job Details

• The role is based at iTech Engineering Consultancy in Abu Dhabi.
• The position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
• Perform model reviews and assist with clash detection and resolution.
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, site information, and project requirements.
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM libraries.
• Support Scan-to-BIM and point cloud modeling when required.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project BIM standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare and export project deliverables in required formats.
• Collaborate with project and BIM teams to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field is required.
• At least four years of BIM experience in architectural projects are required.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation is required.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection is required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Certified Professional certification is preferred.
• Experience with residential, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, BEP, and multidisciplinary coordination is preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk ReCap, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, Scan-to-BIM, or IFC/OpenBIM workflows is preferred.
• Strong Revit Family Creation skills are preferred.
