Zoho HRIS Implementation Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HRIS implementation, with a strong focus on Zoho People.
• In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Zoho People and its core modules (Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Performance, Recruitment, Payroll, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Payroll, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Shifts.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, custom fields, layouts, and automation within Zoho.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to grasp client requirements quickly and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
