Overview
- Administer and manage various Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Desk.
- Customise modules, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Provide user support and training for Zoho applications.
- Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.
- Automate processes and integrate third-party tools through APIs or Deluge scripting.
- Maintain data hygiene, perform regular backups, and manage user access and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on new Zoho features, releases, and industry best practices.
