Overview
- Manage and oversee the entire purchase order process, from creation to invoice reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry, Maintain supplier accounts and purchase records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor communications.
- Prepare and analyze monthly purchase accounting reports, identifying trends and variances to provide insights for decision-making.
