Role Overview

Job Details

• Job type: Internship.
• Location: Bengaluru, onsite.
• This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
• Develop Deluge workflows, custom functions, validations, and automation.
• Design modules, fields, layouts, relationships, and business processes.
• Build Zoho Creator applications, workflows, web tabs, and widgets.
• Integrate Zoho applications through REST APIs, webhooks, and native integrations.
• Build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Work with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho products.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho implementations.
• Build practical systems for day-to-day business operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Research Zoho features and improve business-process automation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of programming and software development concepts.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and relational data structures.
• Interest in learning Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge, and the wider Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to research, experiment, debug, and learn independently.
• Curiosity about business systems and workflows.
• Strong ownership and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
