About the Role

Responsibilities
- Set up and customize Zoho applications based on company requirements
- Implement Zoho modules for HR, finance, inventory, sales, CRM, production, logistics, and customer service
- Configure workflows, approvals, automation, reminders, and notifications
- Create customized forms, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards
- Develop and implement SOP based workflows within Zoho
- Integrate Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other required Zoho apps
- Automate business processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Build custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Ensure accurate data migration, system setup, and user access control
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users
- Train team members on how to use Zoho applications effectively
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand operational needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho development, customization, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Zoho One applications
- Hands on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator
- Strong experience in Deluge scripting and workflow automation
- Ability to design end to end business workflows
- Experience integrating Zoho with third party platforms, websites, e commerce, payment gateways, or APIs
- Good understanding of finance, inventory, sales, HR, logistics, and operational workflows
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills to coordinate with non technical teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or e commerce industry.
- Experience setting up Zoho for multi department business operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, POS, WhatsApp integration, or payment gateway integration is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay
- AED7,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
