Responsibilities
- Manage the company's day to day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities
- Develop and maintain product costing models for all products
- Calculate and analyze direct and indirect manufacturing costs
- Monitor material consumption, labor costs, and production overheads
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs
- Identify cost saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory valuation and inventory accounting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, including manufacturing finance
- Strong experience in product costing and inventory management
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience managing full cycle accounting operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory controls
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience with ERP systems, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage

Job Summary
- OVO Luxury Signature is seeking an experienced Finance & Costing Manager to lead the company's financial operations, cost management, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing finance experience, with expertise in product costing, inventory valuation, financial planning, and process improvement.
- The role will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, sales, and management teams.
Financial Management
- Manage the company's day to day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities.
Costing & Manufacturing Finance
- Develop and maintain product costing models for all products.
- Calculate and analyze direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Monitor material consumption, labor costs, and production overheads.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs.
- Identify cost saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare profitability analysis by product, category, and department.
Inventory Management & Control
- Oversee inventory valuation and inventory accounting.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor slow moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
- Establish inventory control procedures and reporting mechanisms.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision making.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights to improve profitability and resource allocation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
- Analyze key business performance indicators.
- Present financial performance reports to management.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and recommendations.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Develop and implement finance SOPs, controls, and workflows.
- Improve financial reporting systems and automation processes.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support ERP and accounting system implementation and optimization.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting team members.
- Establish KPIs and performance standards for the finance department.
- Ensure finance operations are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
