Position Summary The BGC Albion Afterschool Child/Youth Program Lead coordinates the design, development, and delivery of after-school programs for children and youth aged 4–18 in local schools, in line with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport's Ontario After School Program Initiative.
Accountability Staff at Albion Neighbourhood Services are expected to be ready, when asked, to explain the reasoning behind a decision or action to other staff or community members — especially when that decision or action affects them.
Supervised By: Children/Youth Program Coordinator; BGC Manager Supervises: BGC Albion afterschool workers/staff; program participants; post-secondary and co-op students; volunteers
