Role Summary: The EPIC Supervisor provides leadership, supervision and day-to-day oversight of Albion Neighbourhood Services’ Eviction Prevention in the Community (EPIC) Program.
Funded by the City of Toronto, EPIC provides rapid, short-term and intensive case management services to low-income and vulnerable households who are at imminent risk of eviction.
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the EPIC team provides timely, responsive, person-centred and effective eviction prevention services in accordance with City of Toronto service standards, funding requirements and ANS policies.
