The YNHHS Energy Program Manager provides system wide leadership for energy-sustainability management, utility performance, and sustainability across Yale New Haven Health System, consisting of 12 million square feet of hospital, research, and outpatient portfolio.
This role develops and executes enterprise energy strategies (including procurement), optimizes utility consumption, manages energy data systems, and ensures compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements.
The YNHHS Energy Program Manager partners closely with Facilities Operations, Engineering, Capital Planning, and Sustainability teams to drive reliability, cost efficiency, and carbon reduction initiatives.
This position plays a key role in advancing enterprise energy performance and supporting consistent execution across all sites.
