Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing shipping documentation for accurate and complete yard operations.
- Process and verify container gate-in and gate-out records.
- Maintain real-time inventory records of all units in the yard.
- Generate and distribute reports covering container status, yard utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with terminal operators and trucking companies to resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Facilitate smooth cargo movement through close coordination with relevant operators and carriers.
Requirements
- Maintain accuracy and completeness when managing incoming and outgoing shipping documentation.
- Accurately process and verify container gate-in and gate-out records.
- Maintain real-time inventory records of yarded units.
- Coordinate with terminal operators and trucking companies to resolve documentation discrepancies.
