Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes that introduce new hires to company culture and help them feel welcomed and valued.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives such as surveys and feedback sessions.
- Assist in developing and executing training programs tailored to employee skills and career progression.
