Responsibilities
- Originate, price, and execute cross currency (XCCY) swaps and related FX/rates structures for institutional clients
- Maintain and grow a book of institutional relationships
- Monitor markets and liquidity, provide real time pricing
- Coordinate with internal trading and sales teams to ensure best execution
- Conduct continuous market analysis, idea generation, and distribution of trade opportunities
- Manage trade workflow, documentation, and post trade follow up
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements
- Contribute to desk performance and participate in cross asset collaboration
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of FX markets, interest rates, and cross currency swaps
- Proven experience in broking, trading, or sales within institutional environments
- Ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships
- High level of numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with trading platforms, market data tools, and order management systems
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and best execution requirements
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within an on site, desk based team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA or equivalent) are an advantage

Role Description
- Originate, price, and execute cross currency (XCCY) swaps and related FX/rates structures for institutional clients across global markets.
- Maintain and grow a book of institutional relationships.
- Monitor markets and liquidity, provide real time pricing.
- Coordinate with internal trading and sales teams to ensure best execution.
- Conduct continuous market analysis, idea generation, and distribution of trade opportunities.
- Manage trade workflow, documentation, and post trade follow up.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FX markets, interest rates, and cross currency swaps, including pricing concepts, market conventions, and risk drivers.
- Proven experience in broking, trading, or sales within institutional environments such as investment banks, hedge funds, or brokerage firms.
- Ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships, with a client focused mindset and professional communication skills.
- High level of numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with comfort working under time sensitive market conditions.
- Familiarity with relevant trading platforms, market data tools, and order management systems commonly used in FX and rates markets.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and best execution requirements in major financial jurisdictions.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within an on site, desk based team while interacting with colleagues across global offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
