Worksite Billing Auditor I (Remote)

Call center experience (1+ years preferred).

Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).

High school diploma or GED.

Insurance experience is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail.

Desire to provide great customer service.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Have the ability to maintain composure in stressful Situations, manage and diffuse high-tension situations.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be self-motivated and able to stay focused, even when working from home.

Reliable and punctual.

The ability to work independently and make logical decisions based on the information provided.

Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.

Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
