Role Overview
A Dubai-based heavy equipment rental company is seeking a workshop supervisor.
The role supports maintenance of a fleet containing more than 100 light and heavy hydraulic-operated machines.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance of the heavy equipment fleet.
- Coordinate with machine operators to follow up on breakdowns.
- Supervise mechanics as they resolve machine issues.
- Assign daily jobs to mechanics and manage workshop operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment fleet maintenance is required.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics is required.
- Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and equipment parts is required.
- The applicant must be able to work under pressure and manage a workshop.
- Urdu or Hindi and English language skills are required for daily activities.
Compensation and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
