Role Overview
A heavy equipment rental company is seeking an Indoor Sales Representative to handle sales and operational activities.
The role includes client development, customer follow-up, machine operations, and order execution.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing clients and find new clients through cold calling.
- Profile customers and conduct follow-up.
- Handle heavy equipment rental sales and operations.
- Manage machine operations from taking the order through execution of the job.
- Create sales reports and submit them to management.
- Use sales techniques to establish long-term client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- A graduate or master's degree is required.
- Good command of English and Hindi is required, with speaking ability preferred.
- At least 2 years of telesales experience is required.
- Prior rental, fleet operation, and sales experience is preferred.
- The candidate should be willing to learn, quick to learn, and responsible.
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure and manage machine operations from order through execution.
- The candidate must be able to create sales reports and submit them to management.
