- Plan and allocate work to technicians based on skills, workload, and job priority
- Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during diagnostics and repairs
- Review spare parts requirements and coordinate with the Parts Department
- Estimate additional repair work and communicate recommendations to the Service Advisor
- Ensure efficient use of workshop equipment, tools, and consumables
- Coordinate with the Service Manager on technical issues and warranty approvals
- Evaluate technician performance based on KPI and provide coaching where required
- Coordinate with the Sales Department on Pre Delivery Inspections (PDIs), stock, and vehicle deliveries
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop and ensure compliance with QHSEMS and company safety standards
