Requirements

Role Overview

- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate technicians, mechanics, and support staff.

- Quality Control: Implement and maintain high quality standards for vehicle repairs and services.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings.
- Parts and Inventory Management: Manage workshop inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and supplies.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, product availability, and pricing.
