- Ensure workshop safety standards are maintained, including equipment, tools, housekeeping, and PPE
- Prepare and maintain audit reports for ISO, RTA, and other regulatory inspections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ISO standards, RTA requirements, and UAE regulations
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle related documentation, including registration cards and driver's licenses
- Maintain and update weekly vehicle inspection records
- Conduct weekly inspections of the store and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain records and validity of all third party safety certificates
- Provide operational support and assist in resolving issues during emergencies
- Implement QHSE system requirements within the assigned work area
- Report all QHSE non conformities, incidents, and safety concerns to the immediate supervisor
Requirements

Job Purpose
- The Workshop Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Workshop Supervisor in ensuring efficient operation of the workshop and maintaining compliance with all organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure workshop safety standards are maintained, including equipment, tools, housekeeping, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare and maintain audit reports for ISO, RTA, and other regulatory inspections.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ISO standards, RTA requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle related documentation, including registration cards (Mulkiya) and driver's licenses.
- Maintain and update weekly vehicle inspection records.
- Conduct weekly inspections of the store and monitor inventory levels to ensure critical materials are maintained at emergency stock levels.
- Maintain records and validity of all third party safety certificates.
- Provide operational support and assist in resolving issues during emergencies or critical situations.
- Implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system requirements within the assigned work area.
- Report all QHSE non conformities, incidents, and safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
