Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies) in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and HR programs
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences
- Support internal HR projects, audits, and policy updates
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Bachelor of Commerce
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE
- Hindi and Urdu language proficiency is mandatory
- Attested graduation certificate is required
