Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Deliver a world‑class customer journey, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, polished, and aligned with Signature's high standards.

Act as a Signature brand ambassador , embodying warmth, professionalism, and service consistency.

Respond promptly and effectively to all requests, keeping customers informed throughout.

Maintain an approachable, proactive, and guest‑focused manner at all times.

Allocate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination across the workplace.

Support events ranging from senior management meetings to group‑wide engagements.

Provide operational support including IT setup and catering coordination.

Register and manage all visitor entries using the building's visitor management system.

Provide basic IT support and attend training sessions to remain informed on Signature and workplace offerings.

Uphold professional communication standards across telephone, email, and digital channels.

Work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager to coordinate contractor activity and minimise disruption.

Support the mailroom with internal and external deliveries as required.

Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand and anticipate unique needs.

Gather customer feedback, help implement improvements, and support Signature's real‑time feedback culture.

Uphold workplace policies and participate in audits.

Recommend ideas and innovations that elevate the workplace experience and align with Signature's ethos of continuous enhancement.
