Job Summary
A dedicated Workfront Engineer with hands-on construction skills and experience as a supervisor or engineer, with expertise in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
Responsible for developing and managing CWP plans, identifying and resolving engineering, procurement, and construction constraints, managing target schedules for CWPs, using 3D modeling and simulator, and using FMCS to identify and manage Site Hold Points for IWP.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CWP plans: Develop CWP plans based on CWA PoC priorities, considering factors such as resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Identify and resolve engineering, procurement, and construction constraints: Use constraint identification processes and tools to identify constraints and resolve them using resolution processes and tools.
- Manage target schedules for CWPs: Use target schedule management processes and tools to manage target schedules for CWPs.
- Use 3D modeling and simulator: Use 3D modeling (UPV) and simulation tools (UG navigator) and processes to monitor CWP and CWA status.
- Use FMCS to identify and manage Site Hold Points of IWP: Use FMCS-based Hold Point identification and management processes and tools to identify and manage Site Hold Points of IWP.
- Ensure actual workfronts are secured and managed: Use actual workfront securing and management processes and tools to Ensure actual workfronts are secured and managed.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech) in any branch (IT, Computer Science or Data Mining related majors or experience preferred)
Experience
With petrochemical EPC field experience is preferred
Skills
- A strong understanding of EPC and AWP (CWP, EWP, IWP, TWP)
- Experience with 3D model review tools (e.g. Navis work, UPV) and SECL legacy system (EDWP, FMCS, S-AWP)
- Proficiency in Power BI tool
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables
