About the roleThe Workforce Development Officer Allied Health Research is responsible for leading and coordinating initiatives that strengthen research capacity, capability and culture across Metro North Allied Health. The role provides expert advice, mentoring and project support to allied health professionals to develop, implement and evaluate research, quality improvement and knowledge translation activities that align with organisational priorities and improve healthcare outcomes.The successful candidate will establish strategic partnerships, develop research training programs, support emerging researchers and facilitate collaboration between clinicians, universities and research organisations.
