Leads the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and integration of Workday HCM solutions.
Partners with HR, IT, business leaders, and vendors to optimize secure, scalable, compliant Workday processes.
Supports people strategy, operational requirements, and digital transformation objectives.
Workday Strategy and Configuration
- Lead Workday HCM implementation, enhancement, optimization, and ongoing support.
- Configure Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, and payroll integrations.
- Develop Workday Extend applications, custom objects, forms, and orchestrations.
- Coordinate testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
