Corporate Receptionist

Meetings and Executive Support

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
• Arrange refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings.
• Support visitor logistics for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with diary management and scheduling for senior executives.

Administrative and Office Services

• Prepare, file, scan, and manage documents and records.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Support executive travel bookings, accommodation, and expense administration.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support across departments.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, courier services, office events, and employee engagement activities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
• Experience interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating executive travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant office administration or executive support certification is advantageous.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered instead of formal qualifications.
