Workday Integration Engineer (ITP-B, BU)

What You’ll Do: Build & Test Integrations Design and develop Workday integrations for HCM and Payroll processes.

Configure advanced integration solutions using Workday tools (EIBs, Studio, APIs, integration cloud platform).

Partner with fellow integration engineers to share knowledge and ensure consistency.

Support, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Monitor integration health and resolve issues across internal and external systems.

Conduct root-cause analysis and improve error handling and performance.

Maintain clear, accurate documentation.

Use tools (e.g.

Oxygen, Workday Studio) to enhance the support process.

Integration Analysis & Design Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Collaborate with downstream technical teams to discuss design and impacts.

Participate in end-to-end system testing.

Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing integrations.

Communication & Collaboration Communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Escalate risks appropriately and coordinate with partner departments and vendors.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Four or more years of technical experience with increasing complexity.
