Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring smooth system operations across Workday HCM, Absence, Security, Recruiting, Talent, and HiredScore.
Configure and maintain business process workflows, security groups/domains, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR teams to translate business needs into data-driven Workday solutions.
Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports; Calculated Fields) to support HR teams and leadership.
Coordinate with the payroll team on data retrieval, EIB loads, and reporting functions.
