Duties
- Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, filling imperfections, and applying sealers to ensure a flawless base for polishing
- Apply various polishing finishes, including lacquer, varnish, and oil based products, with precision and attention to detail, achieving the desired sheen and protection
- Operate and maintain polishing equipment, such as buffers, sanders, and spray guns, to ensure optimal performance and finish quality
- Inspect finished surfaces for defects, such as scratches, runs, or unevenness, and perform necessary touch ups or repairs to meet quality standards
