About The Role
- As a Sales Executive, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures which form the organization’s quality management system.
- You will be responsible for selling to SME accounts and supporting senior members of the sales team.
- The operational responsibilities of this position are:
- Generating leads by contacting potential to introduce the company and our products
- Working closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to generate leads for IBIS
- Actively participating in social media marketing
- Representing the company at industry events
- Qualifying customers through primary and secondary research
- Understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions based on IBIS
- Delivering powerful product presentations
- Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
- Meeting sales targets
- In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
