What You'll Do
Meet daily production targets for window assembly
Carefully handle parts, materials, tools, and equipment to prevent breakage or damage
Combine frames and assemble jamb extensions, mullions, and brickmould
Install casement and awning operators, hinges, cam locks, slider locks and rollers, and drain hole covers
Cut and trim stops, install single-hung hardware, and insert sealed units into frames and sash
Maintain quality standards with a 0% failure rate at the next station
Reject and report any damaged frames to the supervisor
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness
Ensure all operations are completed accurately and on schedule
Participate in documented quality control processes
Qualifications
- Must live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
