About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for film application (cleaning, inspection, and surface prep).
- Accurately cut and install window tint films on all vehicle types.
- Install full or partial PPF kits, including bumpers, hoods, mirrors, and custom areas.
- Ensure flawless application by eliminating bubbles, creases, and misalignment.
- Handle post installation finishing and quality control checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
- Educate customers (when needed) on proper care of tint/PPF installations.
- Collaborate with team members and follow all safety and installation procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in window tinting and/or PPF installation (1+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry standard tools and materials
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver vehicle parts as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new film types and techniques
