Responsibilities
Operational Support and Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of solar systems, ensuring that energy production targets are being met and all equipment is functioning efficiently. Assist in the analysis of operational metrics such as Performance Ratio (PR), Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), Plant Availability (PA), and Grid Availability (GA). Collect performance data and identify potential areas for improvement, reporting findings to senior team members.
Safety and Compliance Support:
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions by following operational and safety guidelines. Participate in safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Help maintain safety documentation and ensure timely submission of reports, including Joint Meter Readings (JMR) and other regulatory compliance reports.
Operational Procedure and Policy Support:
Follow established procedures and assist in recommending improvements for operational efficiency. Support the implementation of operational policies by providing feedback on procedures and identifying inefficiencies. Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to suggest improvements in processes and procedures for better operational outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist in supporting cross-functional team efforts to improve system performance and resolve operational challenges. Provide support to senior team members in troubleshooting, data collection, and problem-solving.
