The co-ownership syndicate Bassin Des Havres is located in Montreal in the Griffintown neighborhood.

We are looking for a Superintendent for this building, who will be entrusted with the responsibility of the general maintenance of the common areas.

• Coordinate and accompany contractors in the execution of repairs and maintenance;
• Ensure good maintenance of the building's equipment;
• Perform cosmetic repairs (painting and others);
• Respond to calls and manage emergencies;
• Perform maintenance of the outdoor pool and water testing;
• Surveillance and security of the premises;
• In season, clear snow and ice from the sidewalks and alleys of the building;
• Maintain the interior courtyard;
• Ensure a high level of customer service;
• Maintain common areas (parking, storage room, electrical and mechanical rooms);
• General supervision of the building including corridors, floors, elevators, visitor parking, and ensuring that regular maintenance such as washing windows and mirrors, dusting, and vacuuming is carried out. The person in this position will also, at certain times, assist the concierge company as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
