About the Role
NES Global Talent is seeking an Offshore Company Site Representative (CSR) to oversee construction, hook-up, and commissioning activities on a rotational offshore basis. Candidates need 10+ years of offshore oil & gas experience and certifications including H2S, T-BOSIET, and MEMIR.

Responsibilities
- Act as Offshore Company Site Representative to oversee construction, hook up, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Lead and supervise offshore construction and hook up activities
- Ensure contractor readiness (procedures, manpower, equipment)
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and control of worksite activities
- Monitor HSE, quality, and project progress
- Coordinate construction, commissioning, and SIMOPS activities
- Lead onsite supervision team and resolve operational issues
- Track progress, risks, and ensure punch list closure
- Support commissioning and system handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in relevant discipline
- 10+ years of offshore oil & gas experience
- Strong experience in offshore construction & hook up (mandatory)
- Hands on experience with PTW / Control of Work systems
- Familiar with industry standards and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certifications: H2S, T BOSIET, MEMIR
- Willing to work offshore on rotational basis

Job Purpose
