Overview
We are looking for an experienced Wheel Loader Operator for a piling and construction company.
The candidate will be responsible for operating wheel loaders safely and efficiently at construction and piling sites, ensuring smooth movement of materials, equipment, and debris while following all safety procedures and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loader equipment safely and efficiently on piling and construction sites.
- Load, transport, and unload construction materials, soil, sand, aggregates, and debris.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation support, and material handling activities.
- Conduct daily inspection of the equipment before and after operations.
- Monitor fuel, oil, hydraulic systems, tires, and overall machine condition.
- Report mechanical faults, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Follow site safety regulations, operational procedures, and traffic rules.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other equipment operators.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned machinery.
- Ensure safe parking and shutdown of equipment after work completion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Wheel Loader Operator in the piling, construction, or heavy equipment industry.
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.
- Good knowledge of piling site operations and construction safety procedures.
- Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Experience operating different types and capacities of wheel loaders.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
