WFO Workforce Planner

As a Workforce Planner you will translate workforce data into actionable insights, develop and maintain forecasting models, analyse trends across multiple data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce risks and opportunities. You’ll provide clear planning insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making. This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

Experience in workforce planning, analytics or operational modelling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical insights.

Experience analysing workforce data such as workload, capacity, caseloads or attrition.

Exposure to or understanding of workers compensation systems and frameworks.

Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
