Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, and post operative conditions
- Perform comprehensive functional assessments and monitor patient progress throughout rehabilitation
- Deliver evidence based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, dry needling, sports injury rehabilitation, post operative rehabilitation, balance and gait training, and pain management
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DHA/DOH regulations and professional standards
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CPD, and departmental meetings
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical governance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Western trained physiotherapist (qualifications from UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or USA)
- Minimum 3 5 years of post qualification clinical experience
- Eligibility for or possession of DHA or DOH license
- Strong clinical expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Western Trained Physiotherapists to join leading healthcare providers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The successful candidates will deliver high quality, evidence based physiotherapy services, helping patients restore movement, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, and post operative conditions.
- Perform comprehensive functional assessments and monitor patient progress throughout rehabilitation.
- Deliver evidence based physiotherapy interventions, including: manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, electrotherapy modalities, dry needling (where licensed), sports injury rehabilitation, post operative rehabilitation, balance and gait training, pain management techniques.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DHA/DOH regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Western trained physiotherapist with qualifications from countries such as the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the USA.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post qualification clinical experience.
- Eligibility for or possession of a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi license.
- Strong clinical expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation; experience in neurological, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence based, patient centered care.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in internationally accredited hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or sports medicine clinics.
- Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Sports Physiotherapy, Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Pilates, or Women's Health Physiotherapy are highly desirable.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and continuous professional development.
