Wellbeing Client Manager

Communication and reporting

• Provide clear, concise, and proactive communication to clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports analyzing program success and improvement areas.

Team collaboration and leadership

• Work with the People Solutions team and other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, particularly Wellbeing Associates.

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in wellbeing through personal interests or current professional work.
• Experience organizing and arranging events.
• Understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and associates.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to protect confidential information learned while performing job duties.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and commitment to professional growth and development.
