Project Black Gold is seeking an experienced Well Intervention Specialist to lead planning and execution of well testing and intervention operations across our Petroleum assets.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in surface well testing, reservoir evaluation, and intervention operations within the Oil And Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute surface well testing and reservoir testing operations including Pressure Build-Up (PBU) and Falloff tests.
- Review well intervention programs and ensure proper coordination with service companies for safe and successful job execution.
- Prepare detailed well intervention and well test programs, procedures, and schedules.
- Coordinate with well intervention service providers for execution of wireline, slickline, and coiled tubing operations.
- Supervise well intervention and well test activities on-site to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor job performance, analyze test data, and provide technical recommendations for production enhancement.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards.
- Maintain clear communication with drilling, production, and reservoir teams to align intervention objectives with asset performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in well testing and intervention within the hashtag#OilAndGas sector.
- Strong knowledge of well integrity, reservoir testing, and intervention techniques.
- Hands-on experience managing wireline, slickline, and coiled tubing operations.
- Proven ability to supervise field operations and coordinate with multiple service providers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
