Responsibilities
- Extract and classify technical data from End of Well Reports (EOWR) and Daily Drilling Reports
- Identify drilling, logging, workover, cementing, testing, and other well services
- Search, retrieve, and validate well documentation using Laserfiche or similar document management systems
- Maintain accurate filing, metadata tagging, version control, and document governance standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction and classification processes
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Information Management, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in well data management, drilling report analysis, or document control within Oil & Gas
- Drilling experience or strong understanding of well operations highly preferred
- Experience with Laserfiche, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, or similar ECM systems
- Ability to interpret technical well reports and drilling documentation
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Overview
