Responsibilities
- Extract and interpret data from End of Well Reports (EOWR) and Daily Drilling Reports
- Classify well services including drilling, logging, cementing, workover, coring, and testing activities
- Search, retrieve, and validate well related documents using enterprise content management systems
- Manage document filing, metadata tagging, version control, and repository organization
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and perform quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction and classification processes
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, Information Management, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in well data management, drilling report analysis, or document control within the oil & gas industry
- Experience with content management systems such as Laserfiche, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with well reporting standards and well lifecycle operations
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document indexing/search tools
- Valid UAE Residence Visa is mandatory

Position Overview
- We're Hiring: Well Data Extraction & Document Control Specialist
- Are you experienced in well data management, drilling reports, and document control within the oil & gas industry?
- We are looking for a detail oriented professional to join our team and support the extraction, classification, and management of critical well data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
