Ensure fabrication activities comply with approved drawings, welding procedures, quality plans, and customer specifications.
Coordinate with Quality Control and Welding Inspectors for required inspections and testing.
Verify proper material identification and traceability throughout the fabrication process.

Review daily and weekly production schedules and establish priorities for the fabrication team.
Communicate production status, delays, manpower requirements, and material shortages to management.
Track spool completion and production performance.
Participate in production planning meetings and provide realistic completion estimates.
Maintain accurate shift reports, production records, and other required documentation.
